Water Jacket Gold Concentrator
STL water jacket type gold concentrator
is a kind of centrifugal concentration
equipment. It is adaptable for recovering
free gold from placer deposits, hard rock
gold mines and multi-metals mines, replacing
amalgmation operation. It can also be
used to separate free gold from gold and
copper flotation concentrates.
Since 1985, our institute has started
researching and manufacturing this equipment,
and four different models have been developed
till now. Through concentration test,
it is shown that the alluvial gold recovery
is greater than 99%，especially in recovering
free gold from hard rock gold mines when
the particle size of the gold is smaller
than 0.074mm in its 65%，the recovery is
up to 98%，as for the free gold of 0.04mm,
the recovery is greater than 97%. If the
discharge cycle is 1~4h，the concentration
factor can be up to 1000 times. This equipment
has been awarded a patent right of China.
