QSX-I portable placer gold washing concentrator
is specially designed for individual miners
who mine palcer gold, diamond and other
precious stones. It can also be used in
geological exploration for evaluation
and in final concentration of a large
scaled placer gold washing plant.
The structure of this equipment is compact；It
combines washing, screning, concentration
and water supply in one. The equipment
is installed with rubber wheels and is
very convenient to move within the mining
area. The screening and washing of the
ore materials are conducted via specially
designed vibration sceen with simple,
solid and durable structures. Its concentration
device is a newly designed swinging sliuce,
which overcomes the crusting phenomenon
of normal sliuce，and is very effective
in recovery of fine particled gold. A
Honda gasoline engine of 3.5 horsepower
with air cooling and water pump are equipped
for this equipment，providing a reliable
performance. The operation is quite simple,
and no special training is necessary.
The operation can be started with only
one shovel ready. Once the operation is
started, profit may be made right away.
