Concentrator
It is a centrifugal concentrator consisted of
the outer jacket, the water pipe, the fram with
vibrating isolation mechanism, and the inner jacket
at top of the vibrating isolation mechanism. The
motor drives the inner and outer jackets to rotate;
on the inner jacket wall there driiled many fine
holes, forced water by pressured comes in between
the inner and outer jackets through the water
pipe and ejects water jet to the ore materials
on the jacket wall, enabling the material layer
not to settle. This practicle and new type machine
has the characteristics of the bed layer being
not subject to settle, it has a simple structure
and is easy to operate with great capacity, high
recovery, high concentration factor, and long
discharging cycle.
