Gold Extraction via Flash Cyanidation in Autoclave

It is a gold extraction method by fast cyanidation in autoclave, a brand new technique of gold extraction. The method goes like this, first sending the gold ore pulp to the autoclave for pressure oxidation pre-treatment, then leaching for gold. The operation conditions are: the temperature is 100-140 degrees, oxygen pressure 0.2-0.5 MPa, liquid-to-solid ratio 3:1, sodium hydroxide 140-260 kg/ ton, cyanidation natrium 0.5-3.0 kg/ ton, heating and pressure durration 6-8 hours, leaching duration 1-10 minutes. Its merits lie in shortened time of cyanidation leaching for gold, high leaching ratio, easy solid-liquid separation, and less capital investment in equipment and engineering.
