It is composed of negative pressure box (1), negative pressure pack (2), drainpipe (3), infiltration pipe (4), water supply pipe (5), sealing wall (6), water pump (7), and valve (8). Among these the water pump (7) supplies water to negative pressure pack (2) that produces negative pressure through negative pressure box (1) and a negative pressure created around the infiltration pipe (4) forms. The water flows through the infiltration pipe (4) to enter the negative pressure box (1), then is sucked by the negative pressure pack into the drainpipe (3) from the negative pressure box (1), and finally discharged via sealing wall (6) to the settling pond, achieving a quick dewatering.
