A Gold Smelting Furnace

This patent of practical new type is a kind of gold smelting furnace; it is composed of two parts, furnace body 11 and electrical controller 15. Inside the shell 16 of the furnace body 11 it is bricked with heat preservation sidewalls 4 and base frame 6, on which crucible 12 is installed. There are rider bricks 10 surrounding crucible 12 propping to the sidewall 4. The opening of crucible 12 is set with furnace cover 2 and outlet 1, and the space between crucible 12 and the sidewalls 4 is the fire room, at the upper part of which there are filling materials 3 for sealing. There are many pieces of silicon carbide column 5 in the fire room, which are connected via cable 14 to the electrical controller 15. The features are that silicon carbide column 5 is in an “n” shape with its two joints 7 passing through from the furnace bottom, which makes the heat preservation function of the fire room better, there is no joints on the top of the furnace. It is convenient for operation and eliminates the danger of being electrically shocked.
