The Structure
of A New Cement Rockbolt
It is a new structure of cement rockbolt, and
is composed of tray seat, supporting tray, bolt
and slurry blocking ring. Its features are that
the tray seat is welded to the bolt by two pieces
of figured steel about 30mm long, and the tray
is mounted on its seat. The slurry blocking ring
is weldered according to designed length of the
bolt. In this way the contacting area of the tray
with the seat is increased and then the capacity
and tensile strength of the bolt increased as
well, which provides safety for engineering and
miners, also may reduce the number of supporting
bolts and cut construction cost.
