A Continuous Ashing Furnace for Activated Carbon

This patent of practical new type is a continuous ashing furnace for activated carbon, and it is mainly composed of top lid 1, burning chamber 2, charcoal outlet device 3, air supply system 4 and ash room 5. Its top lid 1 and burning chamber 2 is in separated assemblies, while air supply system 4, charcoal outlet device 3 and ash room 5 are in one assembly that is separated from the burning chamber, which structure makes it easier for maintenance and transportation. Its major features are that the top lid 1 formed the storage bin 11 for the activated carbon and dust collecting room 13. In the storage bin 11 there is a grizzle 12 to control inflow and shutting down of the activated carbon via a control lever 14. A charcal discharging device 3 of twin-ring structure is set below the burning chamber 2. By rotating of control lever 33, charcoal discharging device moves on the guide rail 34 and scrapes carbon powder to ash room 5, where there set charcoal discharging device 3 and air supply system 4 at the lower part of the burning chamber, which can store charcoal ash and unload ash via ash outlet flange 51.
