This heat exchanger is for the Equipment of Desorption of Loaded Carbon and Electrowinning. It is a kind of pipe heat exchanger with the inner tube being inside the outer tube. Both ends of the inner tube are connected respectively to the inlet and outlet for the pregnent solution; while on both ends of the external tube there sets the inlet and outlet for desorbed solution. The hot pregnent solution flows in via the inlet and goes through the inner tube, and the low temperature desorbed solution enters via its inlet and passes through the external tube, by which the high and low temperature solutions make heat exchange. This equipment of practical new type has high efficiency for heat exchange. The pregnent solution produced in the process may be electrowon directly, which makes it small volume and low cost.
