Electrically Heated Carbon Regeneration Furnace

This patent of practical new type provides a carbon regeneration furnance with vertical pattern and single charmber. It is mainly composed of carbon hopper 1, outer casing 6, furnace body 3, the electrodes 4 and 5 at the upper and lower parts, furnace platform 61, suppotinh arms 62, discharge disk 9, speed regulation motor 10, and electrical control system 12. The features lie in that the carbon hopper 1 is set at the upper part of the inner charmber of the outer casing 6, at the bottom part of the carbon hopper which is connected with stainless steel pipes 2; at the upper part there installed a stainless steel net of big mesh 11; between the lower part of the stainless steel pipe and the upper part of the electrode there is a space 21, and there is a gap 36 between the outer rim of the furnace body and the outer casing, the upper electrode is in column shape, it is set in the center of the upper part of the furnace chamber; the discharging disk 9 is driven by the regulation motor and is set at the lower part of charcoal outlet; the height of carbon hopper is larger than the space of the upper and lower electrodes, the electrical controlling system supplies power to the furnace and controls the operation of the regeneration furnace. This technology of practical new type has a compact structure and low energy consumption. It is safe and low cost in manufacturing with no noise.
