An All Around Water-proof Rock Mass Thermometer

This patent of practical new type is an all around waterproof rock mass thermometer. It is composed of frame (1), supporting ring (2), waterproof ring (3), damping thermometer (4), and supporting rack (5). Frame (1) is in a form of long column with its external diameter being a little bit smaller than that of the borehole, its two ends being hemicycle, and inside its two ends being equipped with the support ring (2). Closing to the rear of the water-proof ring (3) there installed two supporting racks (5), and the damping thermometer is fixed at the center of the supporting racks. Because of its structural design, the function of waterproof in all directions is realized. This rock mass thermometer can be put in any position of the drillhole, and reliable and exact test results are guaranteed. And it has the merits of simple in structure, convenient in operation, and free from blocking in holes.
