Carbon Regeneration Furnace of Fuel Oil Type


This patent of practical new type published a carbon regeneration furnace with oil as fuel. In its combustion chamber 111 of the enclosed vertical furnace body 1, there equipped with a number of vertical metal pipes 2, on top of which a carbon ditributor 3 is connected, and its lower part is connected with a carbon discharger9. A spiral charcoal feeder 4 is connected with the combustion chamber111, its charcoal outlet 41 is located at the top of the carbon distributor 3; the feeding end 42 of the spiral charcoal feeder 4 is connected with a carbon feeding hopper 5 and connected with chimney 7 through an air proof channel. At the bottom outside the furnace body 1 there is an oil combustioner 10, the carbon to be regenerated is sent via carbon supplier. The spiral charcoal feeder 4 sends the carbon into carbon distributor 3, and then into each vertical metal pipe 2, the activated carbon is send out via carbon discharger 9; the heat from combustion in the combustion chamber 10 enters the fire room 111 which heats and activates the carbon in the metal pipe 2. The exhausting gas going upwards into the spiral charcoal feeder 4 preheats the raw materials. Fan 8 sends strong airflow and blows out from chimney 7, which makes the whole fire room 111 and the spiral charcoal feeder 4 have negative pressures inside, so as to make the circulation of the combustion air smooth and the operation safe. In addition, temperature sensors 14,17,13 are equipped at the bottom and the top of the fire room 111, and the lower end of the metal pipe 2, which guarantee the control of the facility and stable operation. Sensors 16.15 to detect the level of charcoal equipped at the upper and lower parts of the carbon distributor 3, which realize a fully automatic control of charcoal feeding.
