A Fluid Roaster of Inner Circulation

This practical new type patent is a fluid roaster of inner circulation, inside which there equipped with an ash dust collector at its upper part, and pipes for dust settling equipped at the lower part. On the outside of the roaster body, a feeding bin is equipped at the upper left, the feeder at the lower part which sends the materials from the feeding bin to the fluid roaster. At the buttom of the roaster there is an outside burner, a slag discharger device, a fan box, and an airflow distributor. The hot air from the burner outside the roaster mixes with the airflow, passes through airflow distributor, and then comes into the roaster, forming an upward hot airflow blowing into the upper part of the roaster, and then into the ash dust collector, which is disposed through the outlet. While the collected ash dust is settled onto the buttom of the fire room via the settleing pipe, then enters the fluid roasting process, and the roasted calcine is sent out of the roaster by a discharger. It not only increases the reaction effect of roasting, and reduces the volume of the roaster, but also the SO#_[2] in the smoke by the talings pulp which is beneficiat to environment protection .
