Gold Concentrate
This invention released a gold extraction process
for refractory gold orees through biological oxidation
and thiourea leaching with resin-in-pulp, which
is operated in the following procedures: biological
oxidation of gold concentrate; thiourea leaching
and resin adsorption; strippered solution treatment
and then back to recycle. Using this technique
to treat refractory gold concentrates, a gold
leaching ratio up to 90% can be reached, the recycle
of the stripper solution greatly decreases the
consumptions of thiourea, nitric acid and water,
which significanly cuts the operation cost and
is also beneficial to environment protection.
