Research on the Gold Extraction Process of Whole-Ore Roasting in Fluid Bed

The gold extraction process of whole-ore roasting in fliud bed that we undertook is an important national scientific and technology key project. This project was aimed at the refractory Carlin type gold ore that is representative in China. The test facilities of fliud bed roasting for laboratory test and scale-up test were developed, and semi-commercial test of 5~8t/d conducted with successful stage achievements. The project has passed two academic appraisals held by China Gold Group with a experts’ comments that：The technical indices of the scale up test reached the advanced level of international standard, for similar techniques. This project is under industrial design as a demostration project of high-tech industrialization of the National Development and Reform Committee.
