The establishment of the national standard, “Chemical assay method for gold ores” fills up the gap in China, and the carrying out of the standards plays a role of positive promotion to improvement of the assay technology for gold, the reasonably utilization of gold mineral resources, the quality control and management of gold producing enterprises, the standardization of gold market, and the advance and development of the gold industry. It also fills up the international blank, which will positively promote international trading activities.
